Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or scheduling has been reserved.

The Service Authority reserves the right to refuse future services for unpaid balances or repeated late payments.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and reasonable access necessary to perform services.

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Failure to communicate cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or cancellation of future bookings.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Service Authority provides professional observations, recommendations, and analysis based on information available during the service process.

Implementation decisions and business outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. The Service Authority does not guarantee increased revenue, customer retention, employee performance, or business growth.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, materials, branding, graphics, written content, and website materials are property of The Service Authority unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use purchased reports internally within their business but may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute materials without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain confidentiality regarding client business information shared during services.

However, clients understand that electronic communications and online systems cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with website operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Authority shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.
