Listening for the Bottom Line
With nearly 40 years of experience across the service landscape—from the front lines of restaurants and healthcare to executive advertising sales—I have developed a specialized "ear" for business. I’ve learned that the most expensive mistakes a company makes are the ones they never hear about.
As the founder of The Service Authority, I identify "customer experience revenue leaks." These are the silent gaps where businesses unintentionally lose money through poor retention. My mission is to increase your return-customer ratio and, by extension, your profit margins. I don’t just look at the operations; I look at the customer journey. I’ve learned that a customer who feels heard is a customer who returns, and retention is the most direct path to a healthier bottom line.
Experience That Translates to Growth
My background is as diverse as the businesses I serve. Whether I was helping small businesses build their brand in advertising or managing development for major dealerships, my goal has always been the same: finding the solution to the problem. I’ve had customers call me back days after an interaction just to thank me for truly listening. That level of care isn't just about being "nice"—it’s a strategic advantage. When people feel valued, they stay. When they stay, your business grows. I bring that same diligence and observation to your business to ensure no opportunity for profit is left on the table.
Founded on Integrity
My professional life is guided by a foundation of biblical morals and a commitment to "leading by light." To me, business is a ministry of excellence. I believe that when you lead with honesty, kindness, and integrity, you create an environment where success is inevitable.
I am here to solve your problems with the same care and tenacity I would my own, ensuring that your business reflects a standard of service that is both profitable and purposeful.
With Gratitude,
April Blake, Founder
